Dusty Feathers [One-Shot]
Sett pulled the wanted pamphlet from his saddlebag and flipped through a few of them lazily. He’d walked into the sheriff station the last six towns over and grabbed them all from the board. At this point, it was quantity over quality, as every single face cost barely enough to sustain him for a month. “Hey,” Sett called to a somewhat older gentleman with greying hair and a hunch. He swung his leg over and jumped down from the horse, shoving the pamphlet under his nose. “You ever seen any of these people? Anyone will do.” The elderly man blinked up at Sett, about to tell him to fuck off, before he fully examined him. Sett was a large Vestayan in every sense of the word. He was close to 6’11” at his full height, his biceps and thighs bulging and straining against his minimal clothing, and he wore scars all over his body like trophies. His giant pecs and six-pack were on display save for a large sash tied around his waist. The vest over his shoulders rest open at his sides. He had a

Their chests heaved as they frantically scrambled up the worn wooden steps. Neither of them daring to look back, for even a second could mean life or death. Fate reached the door first, grabbing the knob hard and twisting it, putting all his weight against the door as it flung open. He waited half a second for Graves to tumble in behind him before both of them turned and closed the door with a loud thump, their bodies pressed against it with all the weight they could muster. Graves and Fate gasped for air, gulping it down like water. Fate groaned as he put his head against the door and closed his eyes, willing his body to calm. Fate tried to think through the pain. "We're never... doin' that again." Fate gasped as firmly as he could. Graves nodded vigorously, rolling his head against the door to lock eyes with his partner. "Agreed... We got... a decent cut though." "Yeah,” Fate was already recovering, “from a murderous ghost. I'd say earning ourselves yet another enemy in

A Break In Monotony (Nami x Vladimir)
Hunger pains were a constant in Vladimir's life. It was a part of his being, something he could not stop or will away. This hunger made him stuck out like a sore thumb amongst the cosmic court. Even his so-called "brethren" have a certain degree of tolerance towards his unnatural hunger. It flares in the pit of his stomach, rising to his throat working his saliva to pool on his mouth. Embedded stars in his purple robe twinkles with his movements. Golden talons in deadly brilliance heralds his arrival. His shoulder-length, white hair falling into place to cover his red right eye. His pale face was hidden partially under a purple gray scarf. A black hole, ever present, floating on his blue right hand which flows with life essence he had drained from planets. He was in an obscure part of the cosmos, an area where a galaxy had been bereft of life. He stretches his arm towards the dead worlds as he prepares to consume it. "Must you always spy on me while I feed like some kind of perverted

The Early days (Nami x Jhin)
The rush of water was pushing against her as she swam up the stream to catch up with her prey. Putting extra effort on her tail muscle she was finally able to grab the fish with her fingers. Nails digging through the tri-colored scales as it struggles to get free from her grasp. A sly smile slipped through her lips as the thing continued to wriggle for freedom. Inky clouds of red surrounded her instantly as she rips the flesh of the fish, relishing the twitches it gave as it succumbs to its wounds. Once she was finished with her meal, Nami had decided that she had eaten her last fish for the night and packed up her food rations plus her other stuff. The tidecaller's staff light shone as brightly as it could, revealing her immediate surroundings. The moon's weakening light still offered a somewhat discernable vision on the parts that her light couldn't reach. The scent of newly plucked leaves clung in the air. Her brain easily comments on the lack of the salty scent of her home. The

You sigh for the millionth time today, overlooking the extremely beautiful estate you had come to a few weeks ago, in hopes to find some peace and quiet among the towering trees and drizzles of rain. It was quiet, to say the least, except for the one thing that had been your recent distraction. Below the balcony you had so gracefully perched on, posing dramatically in the small clearing, was a man with a mask, who was practicing his art silently.
This man had intrigued you upon his arrival nearly a week ago. You’d never seen anyone like him. He was quiet, and quick. He stayed in that spot all day, practicing various things, and wh
